If something arrives damaged, does not work as described, or is not the right fit for your situation, we are here to help. This page explains exactly how cancellations, returns, and refunds work, step by step, without surprises.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for items purchased directly from aodims.com.
Requests submitted after 30 days are outside our standard return window and cannot be accepted, except in cases covered by our product warranty. If you have a warranty-related issue, email us at lambhilary194@gmail.com and we will review it separately.
Items Eligible for Return
To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

In original or lightly used condition — unused or minimally tested, with no excessive dirt, residue, or visible wear

Includes all original parts, accessories, power adapters, and packaging

Shows no signs of physical damage, modification, or intentional misuse
Items not eligible for return:

Clearance or final sale items (marked clearly on the product page at the time of purchase)

Items showing excessive wear or damage caused by the customer

Items that have been modified or had unauthorized repairs attempted

Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
How to Start a Return
Follow these steps to request a return. Do not ship the item back before receiving confirmation from us — returns sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted.
Step 1 — Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Email lambhilary194@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and a brief description of the reason. If the item is damaged or defective, include a photo.
Step 2 — We review and respond within 1 business day
Our team will confirm whether the return qualifies and provide the correct return shipping address. Do not ship items back before receiving this confirmation.
Step 3 — Ship the item back to us
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.
Step 4 — We inspect the item and process your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email and process your refund promptly according to the timeline below.
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, shipping damage, or a verified product defect): Aodims covers the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid return label.

If the return is a change of mind (no longer wanted, ordered the wrong size or model): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No prepaid label is provided in this case.
Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. No restocking fees are charged on any return.
Refund Timeline
All refunds are issued to your original payment method. Here is what to expect after we receive your returned item. All times below are business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Inspection: 1–3 business days — we receive your package, inspect the item, and confirm return eligibility

Refund initiated: within 1 business day after inspection is complete — we initiate the refund to your original payment method

Funds posted: 3–5 business days — your bank or payment provider posts the credit to your account
Total estimated time: 5–9 business days from the day we receive your return.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Our ability to cancel depends on whether the order has shipped.
Within 24 hours of placing your order — order not yet shipped:
We can cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Email lambhilary194@gmail.com with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation promptly.
After 24 hours, or once the order has shipped:
We are unable to cancel the order at that stage. Once you receive the package, please contact our support team to start a return under our standard 30-day return policy.
To check whether your order has shipped before requesting a cancellation, look for the shipping confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout. If you are unsure, email us and we will check the order status for you.
Exchanges
We do not process direct product exchanges. If you need a different item — a different size, color, or model — the fastest path is:

This approach avoids delays and ensures the replacement item is in stock when you order it. If you need help choosing the right replacement, email us before placing the new order.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please email lambhilary194@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo if available. We will review the issue and either send the correct item or issue a full refund — whichever resolves things faster for you.
If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived:

Check around your delivery area, with neighbors, and in any secure locations such as a mailbox, garage, or building lobby

Allow 1 additional business day — carrier scans sometimes report delivery slightly before the package physically arrives

For confirmed lost packages, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund. We will not ask you to wait indefinitely for a resolution.
No Hidden Fees
We do not require account creation, memberships, or subscriptions to shop at aodims.com or to make a return. There are no restocking fees. Any return shipping costs that apply — for change-of-mind returns — are communicated clearly before you complete your return request.
