Who We Are

Aodims is the trading name of BUFFALO SPARK LLC, a registered US business based in Denver, Colorado. Our operations team handles customer service, sales, and website management from the United States. Every order is fulfilled and shipped within the contiguous United States.

We are a specialty online retailer, not a manufacturer. We work with established manufacturing partners — primarily based in China — who design and produce the products we offer. We select what gets listed, define product requirements, and take responsibility for everything we sell.

How We Work

We operate on a direct-to-consumer model. We source products from long-term manufacturing partners, sell directly to customers across the US, and manage all customer communication ourselves. There is no middleman between you and us.

Our partnerships with suppliers are long-term and collaborative. We work closely with manufacturers specializing in smart home and pet care products, defining performance expectations, safety requirements, and user experience standards before any product is listed.

We also review products directly with our partners to ensure they meet our expectations before launch.

What We Sell

We focus on a single category: smart pet care products, primarily automatic feeders and related accessories.

This includes WiFi-enabled feeders, timed feeding systems, multi-meal dispensers, and feeder-and-water combination units.

We do not aim to carry everything. We only carry products that pass practical real-world questions:

Does it still work if WiFi disconnects?
Is portion control consistent over time?
Can an average user set it up quickly?
Are materials safe for daily pet use?
Does it perform reliably under normal household conditions?

If a product cannot meet these expectations, it does not appear on our site.
