If a product we carry stops working the way it is supposed to — through no fault of your own — we want to make it right. This policy explains what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to reach us when you need support.
This policy applies to customers in the United States who purchased directly from aodims.com.
1. Warranty Coverage
Aodims provides a 12-month limited warranty on all automatic feeders and related pet care products purchased directly from our store.

Warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery

What is covered: Manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal household use — including cases where the product stops working as described through no fault of the customer

Who is covered: The original purchaser only. This warranty is not transferable. Products purchased through third-party sellers are not covered

Proof of purchase: No registration required. Your order confirmation email is sufficient
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Accidental damage, drops, or physical impact

Improper installation or use outside the provided instructions

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

Liquid damage beyond normal intended use (for water-related products)

Power surges, pests, or external environmental factors
Consumable and Replaceable Parts
Filters, desiccant packs, replacement bowls, and similar consumable components are not covered under warranty. These are expected to be replaced as part of normal maintenance. If you need replacements, you can contact us at lambhilary194@gmail.com.
3. How to Request Warranty Support

We aim to respond within 1 business day, Monday through Friday (Mountain Time).
Do not ship anything back before receiving instructions from our team. We will review your request first and confirm whether it is covered.
4. How We Resolve Warranty Claims
If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following solutions:

Troubleshooting guidance

Replacement parts shipped at no cost

A replacement unit of the same or comparable model
We will confirm the resolution with you before proceeding. Replacement units may be new or manufacturer-inspected but will be fully functional. Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Note on refunds: Warranty coverage does not include cash refunds. If your order is within the 30-day return window, a refund may be available under our Return Policy instead.
5. Warranty Shipping

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, Aodims covers shipping for replacement parts or units

If a return is required for inspection, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims

If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs
We always confirm logistics with you before any return or shipment.
6. Limitation of Warranty
This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by Aodims and replaces any other express warranties. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty period.
Some US states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain provisions may not apply depending on your location.
7. Your Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state within the United States. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights under state law or the Federal Trade Commission Act.
8. Common Warranty Questions
My feeder stopped dispensing food. Is this covered?
If the unit fails under normal use and within supported kibble size ranges, it is likely covered. Contact us with details.
WiFi keeps disconnecting. Is that a defect?
If standard troubleshooting (router settings, 2.4GHz compatibility, signal issues) does not resolve the issue, it may be a hardware problem and could be covered.
Camera is blurry or night vision is not working.
Yes, if the issue is not caused by damage or obstruction, it is typically covered.
Water fountain pump is noisy.
If the issue persists under normal use and is not caused by low water or buildup, it may qualify for warranty support.
Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
Warranty claims are resolved with repair, replacement parts, or replacement units. Refunds are only available under the 30-day return policy if eligible.
